(Yemeni Chili Paste)

Measurement Ingredient
1 cupAny hot chili
2 clovesGarlic
½ cupCoriander
½ cupParsley
1 tspRed Pepper Flakes
½ tspCumin Powder
½ tspGround Cardamom
Salt to taste
Olive Oil to cover

Place the chilies, garlic and coriander in a food processor and chop finely. Add the pepper flakes, cumin, and salt, and pulse to combine. Place in a glass jar and cover with olive oil. Refrigerate.
