Sausage Gravy

Measurement Ingredient
1 LbSausage
¼ CupFlour
2 CupsMilk
1 TbspHeavy Cream
Salt
Pepper

Crumble the sausage into a hot pan and fry until browned. Add the flour and continue to cook for a few minutes until it browns a bit. Add the milk slowly and mix. Add the cream, salt, and pepper.

Serve over Biscuits.
