1 TspInstant Dry Yeast
1 TspSugar
1 TbspSalt
15 OzFlour
2 TbspOlive Oil
1¼ CupsWarm Water

Mix the yeast, sugar, salt, and flour. Add the olive oil and continue to mix. Add the water and mix, then knead. Let sit covered for 2 hours (or until it is double the original size). Roll out 6 balls, cover for 10 minutes. Preheat over to 500F. Roll out flat, place on a baking sheet and bake for 4 minutes, turn, then 2 minutes.
