Meatballs

MeasurementIngredient
1 lbGround meat
5 ozSpinach
1Egg
2 ozGrated Parmesan
1½ tspDried Basil
1½ tspDried Parsley
1 tspGarlic Powder
1 tspSalt
2 ozBread Crumbs, divided

Combine all ingredients except for ½ the bread crumbs in a food processor and process. Form into balls of desired size. Roll the balls in a bowl or cup with the remaining bread crumbs to form an outer coating. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
