Chocolate Chip Cookies

16 ozUnsalted Butter, Melted
2 ¼ CupsFlour
1 TspSalt
1 TspBaking Soda
¼ CupSugar
1¼ CupBrown Sugar
1Egg
1Egg Yolk
2 TbspMilk
1 ½ TspVanilla
2 CupsChocolate Chips

Combine butter and sugars and cream. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla and mix until combined. Combine the flour, salt, and baking soda seperately and slowly add to the wet ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips. Chill.

Scoop onto parchment paper on baking sheets and bake for 14 minutes at 375F or until just browned. Rotate the cookies half way through. Cool.
